Essex Stembridge Rec / Tumble and Cheerleading

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

You are registering your child for the SCEC Competitive Travel Season 

NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 8/15/2024

Practices will start in late August 2024- May 2025

Accepting Athletes born between 6/1/2005 and 8/31/2019 

(child must be at least 5 years old before September 1st 2024 to participate)

Cost of registration  $250.00 (includes competition bow) 

• $250.00 registration fee payment plan available to shopping cart.  (Competition Fees and Travel expenses will be a seperate fee at the cost of the parent)

Skilled evaluation 

• Each participants will complete a skilled evaluation in late August 2024  and placed on a team based off of age, skills demostrated , Attitued , Coachablity and needs of the SCEC teams but don't be worried because EVERYONE MAKES A TEAM!! 

Additional Mandatory Fees 

• Compeition Fees (Standard Season ) -   Total TBD ( Will be $100 to $150 per month due the 15th of the month each month starting in September 2024-March 2025). 
• Post Season Competition  Fees - TBD  ( If a bid is earned to Rec Summit and or US Finals)
• All travel expenses , airfare , hotel , rental cars,  parking , gas, tolls and food are at the parents additional expense. 
• We will have several monthly fundraisers set up throughout the season to help off set the cost of the competition fees. - PROFIT FROM THESE WILL DEPEND UPON THE PARENTS PARTICIPATION 
• No refunds after 8/15/2024
• Refunable $150.00 unifrom deposit  due Oct 15, 2023 (Post dated check dated 5/15/2025 ,You return our unifrom we give you , your deposit back) 
• 2 to 3 evening practices a week and possibly Saturday or Sunday practice.  NO GAMES TO CHEER! 

We are offering a 6U Tiny Team this season

• They will compete at one competiton a month Dec - April with only one competition with an overnight stay. This team will NOT be doing any post season competitions ( Rec Summit or US Finals). 
• 6U Will have a adjusted price for competition fees as they will not be attending the same amount of competitons as the other teams . However, we will break it down into a monthly payment plan  the same as the rest of the participants.
